Man Beaten Outside Courthouse

The video of a man being beaten, stripped and robbed in Baltimore have pushed police to act. Police say,  the incident occurred on March 19th, a 31-year-old man from Arlington, Virginia had been partying at a club at the Power Plant Live complex.
