19 year old Abdul Arian who died in a hail of gunfire on a Los Angeles freeway was recently kicked out of a youth program for aspiring police officers. Police said Arian sped away during routine traffic stop and called 911 as police chased him. On the call he claimed to have a weapon, but none was found at the scene. According to the Daily News the teenager jumped from his car a retired police cruiser and repeatedly raised his clasped hands, shooter style at uniformed cops.
