There are new developments in the trial of brothers accused of beating a teen while on neighborhood watch patrol. Yesterday the teen testified he wanted to drop the charges and felt pressured to take the stand.
The defense filed a motion this morning asking that his testimony be dropped because of his refusal to cooperate. The judge agreed.
