Let the celebration begin … Michael Phelps ( The Flying Fish) holds down 21 Olympic medals picking up another marker in history by becoming the World’s most decorated Olympian, with 17 gold medals, 2 silver, 2 bronze.
Today Phelps swam against some of the most competitive swimmers in his final individual 100 meter butterfly match beating out all including South Africa’s Chad le Clos and Serbian swimmer Milorad Cavic. With one more match to go Saturday August 4, 2012, Phelps may easily achieve another medal adding to Olympic history. After the 2012 London Olympics 27-year-old Michael Phelps will retire this year.
