Art Modell , the man who brought The Clevelend Browns to Baltimore, and they became The Ravens , has died. The Ravens helped Baltimore heal from the trauma of seeing our beloved Baltimore Colts sneak away .
Professional football was back and all is right with the world. To make matters even better, The Ravens won the Super Bowl in 2000 and the love affair was on.
However, the City of Cleveland felt much like we did when our beloved Colts left. They were bitter and felt like they’d been robbed. The Colts leaving Baltimore, the Browns leaving Cleveland , was the start of NFL teams getting lots of free stuff or else we’re leaving.
