Gallup Poll Shows Good News For President Obama After Convention

The Gallup daily tracking poll showed good news for President Barack Obama on Friday, the day following his speech at the DNC.
Gallup interviewed about 1,500 adults. The results showed President Obama with a 52 percent approval rating, the highest approval percentage reported for the President on the Gallup tracking poll since the killing of Osama bin Laden in May of 2011.
This represent a seven percentage point increase in Obama’s approval rating up from 45 precent.
