Wednesday night in Northwest Baltimore’s Forest Park area, the life of 20-year-old Joseph Haskins ended in what investigators are calling a possible home invasion.
The victim was later identified as the cousin of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake, who during the Mayor’s 2010 swearing-in ceremony Joseph, the mayor’s first cousin gave a prayer at that time.
