Actor/comedian Tracy Morgan has been released from a rehab facility. He was there healing after injuries he suffered in a terrible car crash that killed his friend and fellow comedian, 62-year-old comedian James McNair better known as Jimmy Mack. Morgan injuries included a broken leg and broken ribs. Lewis Kay, the comedian’s spokesman, said Morgan will continue his recovery at home with an “aggressive outpatient program.”
The limousine van he was riding in with friends was hit from behind by a Wal-Mart truck on the New Jersey Turnpike. Lawyers for Morgan have already filed a lawsuit against Bentonville, Arkansas-based Walmart Stores Inc. in U.S. District Court in New Jersey.
