Wendy Williams is being accused of failing to pay interns and was recently slapped with a lawsuit.
A former intern by the name of Anthony Tart filed a report claiming that more than 100 interns were illegally classified as minimum wage-exempt workers which may be a violation of state and federal laws in New York.
Tart claims that he handled such duties as running errands, washing dishes, taking out the trash, stocking printers, and getting coffee among other things.

Reports indicate that Wendy’s staff have done a poor job of documenting their internship program and this could potentially pose to be a problem.
