N-Word User Mel Gibson Gets Dropped by His Talent Agency

It seems that public meltdowns can have real consequences on our business opportunities. Actor Mel Gibson, who allegedly verbally abused his child’s mother over the phone, has been dropped by the William Morris Endeavor Entertainment Agency as a client.

Patrick Whitesell of William Morris informed Gibson’s reps that he will no longer be represented by the agency. This happens to be near the same time that Gibson’s longtime agent, Ed Limato, died. Limato’s funeral is set to take place in New York next week.

A partner with the William Morris Agency, Ari Emanuel, had become hostile toward Gibson after the actor made derogatory statements about Jews and showed skepticism toward whether the holocaust actually occurred. Gibson upset the African American community when he was recorded telling his ex-girlfriend that she was “dressed like a pig in heat,” and that “if she gets raped by a pack of n*ggers,” it would be her fault.

Since his latest irrational tirade, many studio executives now claim that Mel Gibson is untouchable in the movie industry. “I’d rather get engaged to Lindsay Lohan than have anything to do with him,” said one studio head.

Jaleel White: ‘Family Matters’ Star Accused of Domestic Violence

In a story first reported by TMZ, the 33-year-old star is being accused by Bridget Hardy — the mother of his 10-month-old daughter — of punching her in one of her breast implants when they were driving on the Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago while the infant was in the car.

Additionally, Hardy claims White also slapped her when they got home and he supposedly pushed her into a toilet so hard that it broke the commode.

Though Hardy did not report any injuries, she did apparently file a police report with the LAPD on Tuesday.

A rep for the actor shot down the accusations.

“There was absolutely no battery … no abuse … and the incident never happened,” they said.

White and Hardy are apparently embroiled in a bitter custody battle and the rep declared that Hardy’s claims are just to help her case.

“This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name,” they added.

Elin Gets A Massive $750 Settlement

Elin Nordegren has bagged a $750 million settlement in her divorce from Tiger Woods in exchange for her silence about his numerous affairs. A source reveals:

“Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father. Tiger’s main fear is her telling her story after he’s rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter. Elin’s legal team have done a great job digging up all sorts of assets.

“The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life — even if Tiger dies first — or she’ll lose the lot. Everything’s signed. Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court. She expects to in the next seven days.”

As for the children, Elin will have sole physical custody of their kids Charlie and Sam, but they will split legal custody.

Tiger can see the kids for up to half of each week, but he is not allowed to bring any women that he is involved with around the children, unless he marries one of them.

In an interview with a British publication, Joe Jackson, patriarch of the famous Jackson family, blames his wife, Katherine Jackson, for the death of their son, Michael Jackson.

The shattering accusation emerged when the couple came face-to-face as Michael lay on a mortuary table.

“Katherine was weeping uncontrollably and highly upset. But I didn’t give her a hug because I was MAD at her crying,” snaps Joe, 80, who says he had spent months urging her to get the singer into rehab for his prescription drugs addiction.

“I said, ‘If you had listened to me Michael would be living now!’ I kept thinking about the times I had stood in front of her saying something was wrong.

“I couldn’t bottle up my feelings. Katherine didn’t say a word – I had to get away from her. If she’d done what I asked, Michael would be here today. I am incensed with her. She could have made a difference.”

Joseph and his wife of 60 years, Katherine, have been estranged for quite awhile now. Joseph maintains residency in Las Vegas, while Katherine remains in the family’s home in Encino, CA.

Brian McKnight Ruled to Have Fathered 14-Yr Old: Owes $341,640

The amount owed? $341,640, which comes out to just over $2,000 per month for every month since the child was born.

The mother of the child, Miriam Lee, took Brian McKnight to court to establish paternity last year. Why she waited so long to do so is not clear. From this point on, the singer is responsible for making child support payments in the amount of $11,388 per month. The ruling was a default judgment, since McKnight was not in court and didn’t respond to the woman’s claim of paternity.

A representative for McKnight had this to say: “The judgment in Florida was a default judgment made without Brian present. He’s still looking to establish paternity, and is awaiting the results of a recent test.”

The case of Brian McKnight brings out the all-too-present theme of men fathering children and then forgetting that they exist. If this is McKnight’s child and he knew of the child’s existence, then one can’t excuse the fact that he was not in communication with the child or his mother. There is also the possibility that the mother never informed McKnight that the child was his, and one has to wonder why she waited 14-years to file for paternity.

Before we convict Brian McKnight of “Bad-Baby-Daddy-itis,” let’s consider all possibilities. According to the book, “Surviving the Breakup,” by Joan Kelly, half of all mothers see no value in the child’s continued interaction with the father. I am not here to say that this was the case with Brian McKnight, but I’d love to find out who decided that this child should spend the first 14 years of his life without his dad. Given that the mother only filed for paternity last year, one can only wonder if it was the money that suddenly made her realize that her son needed his father.

While father abandonment is prevalent in the black community, so is parental alienation, which doesn’t get nearly as much attention. The media is quick to discuss fathers who leave their children, but they are almost never interested in how many dads out there did or would have wanted to be involved with their children if the mother had not decided that she’d created the baby all by herself. Both possibilities exist in the case of Brian McKnight, so we should wait to hear his side of the story.

In terms of our own lives, I encourage any mother who is tempted to keep her children away from their father to reconsider. Even if the father has a parenting style that differs from your own, the truth is that you both made the child together. While some parents may only see the father being good for a monthly check, the truth is that the child may need his father for reasons that go beyond the financial. Simultaneously, any man who creates a child must realize that without your guidance, your child is going to be lost. If you’ve got kids out there and you know they exist, at least do all you can to make yourself available. It is your responsibility to do so.
