This year’s Pro Bowl will have a new twist to it.  No longer will the NFC take on the AFC in the traditional Pro Bowl matchup.  This year’s Pro Bowl will be preceded by a novel draft of players interspersed between the two conferences to form two teams (without regard to conference affiliation) in what is hoped will be a more interesting, entertaining, and competitive Pro Bowl contest.  The Pro Bowl draft will be conducted on January 22nd at 8 pm on the NFL Network. The actual Pro Bowl contest will take place on Sunday, January 26th at Aloha Stadium.  Four Baltimore Ravens will be included in the draft.  They include nose tackle Haloti Ngata, outside linebacker Terrell Suggs, right guard Marshall Yanda and placekicker Justin Tucker.  While these four players are teamates on the Ravens (an AFC team), they theoretically could find themselves as opponents in the newly formatted Pro Bowl team make-up.
