I decided to do it because I wish I had someone like that [an openly gay female artist] while I was coming up. People write on my Tumblr just thanking me for making the video, saying that I really inspire them, and they want to be like me. But I wasn’t always this way, this comfortable with myself, and I remember what that was like. So I figure, f**k it. Everyday people aren’t given this opportunity and I realize that. And I didn’t at first. I thought I was just lucky to be along for the ride.

On getting asked that question “Are you gay?”
I put myself out there because I’m sick of people asking. I’ve been asked it so many times. It’s annoying, it’s like, you can’t answer that yourself? And awkward because it’s not like they’re going up to the other guys in the group and asking if they’re straight. Now I don’t have to answer that question outright. Because I don’t want to. It’s not that I’m not proud of who I am.  Do I look straight to you? Sh*t, you got your answer — go watch ‘Cocaine.’

Stars dressed the best for the big night. Both Lala and Serena Williams wore black; Lala in a form-fitting dress with jeweled headdress (a la BFF Kim Kardashian’s wedding look) and Serena in a belted gown with a high-neckline, hardware and cutouts.

Supermodels Tyra and Chanel Iman also walked the carpet; Tyra giving her best “smize” in a rich purple dress with a bow detail and Chanel in a flowy frock with a plunging neckline that almost showed off her goods.

The hosts husband Swizz Beatz looked dapper in an all-black suit, while his wifey and Kerry Washington both wore white; Alicia in a blazer with a gold shirt and Kerry in a striped and sheer number that gave us a peek at her bod underneath.

Jahna, who also goes by Zhanna Andrianova, is a singer and the two shared a “relationship” before (maybe during?) his relationship with Alicia Keys (and maybe Mashonda…who knows?!)

Accoring to the NY Post, “Lawyers for Andrianova say Beatz agreed to pay her $42,000 legal fees as part of the settlement, signed by him in July and her in August, and a judge at Manhattan Family Court granted them a money judgment Thursday to pursue payment, which could have resulted in his assets being seized or bank accounts frozen. Following this, a check for full payment was sent by Beatz to her lawyer, divorce attorney Raoul Felder on Friday.”

Beatz has an 11-year-old son Nasir with Nicole Levy, a 4-year-old son Kasseem Jr. with Mashonda, the aformentioned 3-year-old daughter Nicole with Jahna, and soon-to-be year-old son Egypt with Alicia Keys.

According to Bossip, Swizz Beatz has allegedly been caughting cheating on Alicia Keys after text messages that he sent to one of Solange’s friends, leak.

In 2007, Singer/Songwriter Christina Elizabeth met Swizz Beatz and built a relationship. They even called each other brother & sister, but clearly the relationship has been anything but PLATONIC!

Christina apparently lost her phone recently, but it has now fallen into the wrong hands and now Blackberry Messenger conversations allegedly with Swizz have been leaked.

After telling Christina that he can’t meet up one weekend because he had to attend the MTV VMAs – which happened two weeks ago – Swizz asked her to send a naked picture. Upon opening the image, Swizz wrote to her: “I want to f**k the s**t out of you asap make it happen wow!”

In another conversation with Christina, Swizz also says: “I need you asap damn.”

After all that he did to get Alicia, and then he gonna mess up like this? Your thoughts? Would you be done with your marriage over “sexting”?
