According to TMZ.com several mothers are considering legal action about being mistreated and neglected as a result of Beyonce delivering her new arrival Blue Ivy Carter.

NYDailynews.com reports that Bey and Jay paid $1.3 million to seal off a private wing of the hospital. There was a ton of security roaming around reportedly disrupting other families. Patients are feeling neglected by the staff and report the superstars’ security as being rude.

While the new moms are happy for Bey and Jay, they feel that they should not be treated any differently because they of Bey and Jay’s status.

With a due date of July 3rd, Mowry is already feeling a profound connection with her son.

“I now know what the word ‘love’ means, but this goes even deeper than that,” she said. “It is just amazing.”

NE-YO is making big plans for the daughter his girlfriend, Monyetta Shaw, is expecting in January. The couple is leaning toward naming her Madeline. The R&B singer also told Page Six at Denise Rich’s apartment he recently bought a Porsche Cayenne and Porsche Panamera, since both have room for baby seats, and redecorated his home. “That’s all I need is little Madeline to push a sculpture down on her head. Can’t have that.” NE-YO and Rich are working together on his Compound Foundation for foster teens. Ne-Yo will perform at Rich’s Angel Ball for Cancer Research on Oct. 21.

A Mexican baby that had been pronounced dead was discovered to be still breathing — just hours before she was scheduled to be buried.

Dafne Marisol Hernandez, 17, was preparing to say farewell to her daughter, who died not long after her premature birth this week.

To Hernandez’s surprise, she could hear noises coming from inside the coffin. When she opened it up, she saw that her baby was alive — and crying.

The infant was pronounced dead soon after her birth, but she was heard crying in her tiny coffin.

“That was when we realized she was alive,” Hernandez told the Reforma news agency. “There were movements and noises from inside the box where she had placed to be buried.”

A news story on a Russian music website claims Swizz Beatz has a two year old daughter with Moscow born singer Jahna Sebastian.

The two allegedly met at London famous club Ministry of Sound in August 2007. All her attempts to contact Swizz Beatz after realizing she was pregnant failed. So she did it with the help of her lawyers.

In July 2009 Swizz Beatz had to come to London to take the paternity test (it is reported that Alicia was there as well) and the results proved that he was indeed the father.

The singer who now resides in London addresses that since then she gets no financial support from her famous baby daddy.
