His name is Gregg Kelly and to be honest, the ladies story is a bit scattered. She says they met on the street and went for a drink. Afterwards, she invited him to take a tour of the office she works in. It was an office of a Manhattan law firm. She says the attack took place there. Several days went by before she reported the rape. Finaly, she admits she stayed in touch with the acused via texts , emails and phone calls until he was arrested.
She walked into a Police station with a female friend and reported the rape.
Kelly has not responded directly, but his lawyer says he is innocent.
