A new lawsuit claims that Facebook is violating its own privacy policy by tracking users information.

Facebook uses collected data from user’s “likes” to create various personalized ads. Experts say that the lawsuit will be a tough case since the site’s users don’t pay a required fee. Their membership is voluntary.
