Started in 1973 at WRVQ-FM (Q94) in Richmond , Virginia. Came to Baltimore in 1977 to do the all-night show on WCAO-AM
Moved over WCAO-FM in 1978. The call letters were changed to WXYV(V-103).
Became Program Director of V-103 in 1980 and stayed there a total of 18 years.
Did some entertainment reporting on WJZ-TV and WMAR-TV.
Moved over to WWIN-FM(Magic 95.9) in 1995, and is still here entertaining audiences everyday.

His birth name was Maybyner Rodney Hilario, and later in life he legaly changed it to Nene. He grew up speaking Portugese, as most people do in Brazil, and Nene was his nick name. In Portugese, Nene means baby.
I think from now on Nene will mean paid in full.
