O’Malley Commutes the Sentence of Man Convicted of Murder

After nearly three decades in prison, Governor O’Malley commutes the sentences of a Baltimore man accused of murder. Mark Farley Grant was convicted at the age of 15 for the fatal shooting shooting of another teenager during a West Baltimore Street robbery in 1983.
The commute is not an exoneration or a pardon.
