Queen Latifah’s talk show has been given the green light by CBS! The Queen Latifah Show is set to debut fall 2013 and will feature celebrity guests, comedy, pop culture, musical performances and more. It is expected to showcase Queen Latifah’s talents, blending comedy and music into her hosting duties.
The show will be executive produced by Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment. This is the actress’ second shot at day time TV.
Her first talk show of the same name debuted in 1999 and went off the air in 2001. The newly revised The Queen Latifah Show is shaping up to be the highest-profile new daytime syndication entry next fall.
