The whole country has been waiting for this moment to find out when this Government shut down will be over. At day 16th talks will begin to happen at 12 noon today.
The negotiations between the Democrats and the Republican’s could provide the basis of a breakthrough. The two parties are trying to work together to end this financial crisis that have effected American families and business.
By Thursday, if Congress hasn’t raised the nation’s debt limit, the Treasury will have exhausted its borrowing authority and will be relying on limited cash reserves to pay off the nation’s debt.
