As per his rep in a statement, here’s the latest on the condition of actor/comedian Tracy Morgan.
“While Tracy remains in critical condition, he has been more responsive today, which is an incredibly encouraging sign,” said rep Lewis Kay in a Sunday statement. “He sustained a number of injuries including a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs. He had surgery earlier today on his leg. We expect him to remain in the hospital for several weeks. His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans.”
Late Friday night/early Saturday morning, a Mercedes Sprinter SUV limousine (limo-bus) carrying Morgan and comedians Ardie Fuqua and Harris Stanton was involved in a six-vehicle accident. Morgan close friend, James McNair, died of injuries sustained in the crash. No more word on Fuqua’s since he was reported in crital condition following the crash.
The limousine driver ‘Gale ‘did not sustain life-threatening injuries. He said, “I saw the condition of everybody and I knew it would just make it worse if I tried to pull them up and out of the vehicle.
