Actress Keke Palmer caught some heat for saying that she “wanted to marry that man” about actress Tia Mowry’s husband Cory. Cory is her co-star in her new film. Tia wasn’t having it and went in on single people wanting married people on social media. Keke said she meant no harm.
Was Tia right or too sensitive?
- She was too sensitive. KeKe said she worked with him when she was 10yrs and had a crush on him. Tia get over it! Plus, KeKe is young only 21 years old. Be flattered and keep it moving.
- I don’t think she was being sensitive. Some things are better left unsaid. If she said this when she was 10, why not leave it there? It’s a matter of respect, in my opinion.
- I don’t think she was being too sensitive. It’s not considerate of their marriage. And just cause you were 10 yes old then, you’re grown and SINGLE now, so it wasn’t cute. No one needed to know about your crush.
- If it was your man n this young woman,that is no longer a lil girl said it about your husband then you would feel the same way…this has nothing to do with being sensitive or insecure but EVERYTHING to do with RESPECT!!! Respect for this married couple, respect for this woman as you are a woman n when n if she is blessed enough to be married one day, she would want that same respect!
- Why do we put the weight on the spouse for speaking out? So quick to say they’re insecure or sensitive, when inappropriate is inappropriate. It doesn’t have to be said. Especially in that context. It was 10 years ago. Leave it there.
