Rev. Al Sharpton talks about the Republican candidates convention falling on the day of the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act.

“The new way of oppressing the vote is new and stage unnecessary voter id laws. 50 years later, now we have this big divide. We are challenged to make voting rights stick. They are trying to roll back the clock and we cannot afford that,” Sharpton said.
