Kanye West's eagle tee

After Kanye West‘s “Famous” video dropped the rapper practically taunted those who were portrayed in the controversial clip to sue him. So far, nobody has taken him up on it, but Ray J just may be the the one to hit it first. the man who famously filmed a sex-tape with the future Mrs. Kim Kardashian-West, is now reportedly considering legal action against Yeezy.

Ray J’s business manager, David Weintraub, told the new issue of Heat magazine, “We’re talking about potentially doing something.” Adding, “Because there’s too many times Kanye has done this, and you can’t really continue to use people’s likeness without either compensation or clearance.” He continued, “It seems to be becoming an issue – this is like the fourth time in six months he’s done this…We haven’t really worked anything out. There were kind of discussions but it’s getting old, so our legal team is working out what we want to do with everything.”

Ray J also told Entertainment Tonight that the video, and song, has gotten in the way of his personal life. “I’m engaged. My marriage is all messed up ’cause of craziness. I’m not part of nothing crazy.” Adding, “Don’t put me a part of nothing that’s weird, that don’t make no sense. Can I grow up?”

Um. Isn’t he the one who used a thinly-veiled picture of Kim in a bathing suit as the cover art for his track titled “I Hit It First”? Regardless, seems like Ray J has several issues with this whole situation and he’s not about to let it go.
