In light of the events that have happened over the year from Charlottesville to the sexual assault allegations surrounding Roy Moore and everything in between, it’s been a tough year. And even tougher in trying to find what we should be thankful for.
Rev. Al Sharpton encourages us to be thankful for, “those that paid the price that we have weapons to fight back.” He explains that we should give thanks for those, “in Selma who gave us the right to beat people like Roy Moore.”
As you gather around the table with your family, Rev. Al encourages you to, “talk about the issues, talk about what’s going wrong,” but to also give thanks.
