In a classic case of voting blindly, a white republican won a local election by pretending to be Black. Dave Wilson, a White conservative from Texas, won majority of the black votes for  a seat on the Houston Community College Board of Trustees by deceiving black voters. His campaign merchandise featured faces of African Americans and other African American themes.
