Facebook’s I-P-O will raise 16 billion dollars making it the largest offering by a tech company ever.
The company is offering 4 hundred 21 million shares at 38 dollars each. Mark Zuckerberg will still have enough shares to control the company. It seems everyone will want a piece of it, but is facebook a good bet for you, the individual investor?
