Carla Dilone says she was constantly humiliated by her former teachers at Baltimore City Community College. Now she is taking the college to school on a 10 million dollar discrimination lawsuit, and so far, she’s winning.
In 2006 Carla Dilone, a divorced mother of four, who in 2001, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, enrolled at Baltimore City Community College to get an associate’s degree in mental health.
