Charges of a different kind in the Penn State Sandusky Child Abuse Scandal this time against former Penn State President Graham B. Spanier. The third school official to be accused of crimes in the alleged cover-up.

Included in the new charges are Athletic Director Tim Curley and Vice President Gary Schultz. Linda Kelly, Attorney General in Pennsylvania calls it a “conspiracy of silence.”

Prosecutors belive that these possible participants of sexual crimes against children should and will be brought to justice.

In the case Spanier he has been charged with perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to properly report suspected abuse and conspiracy. Curley and Schultz facing charges of endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy.”
