It’s been one month since Nick Young and Iggy Azalea called it quits, which is just long enough for Nick to be looking toward his future.
The folks at People caught up with the NBA player at the Kmart presents the Rise Challenge in Los Angeles on Saturday. They asked if he was excited to be a dad again, to which he laughed and responded, “Yeah.”
Nick’s ex-girlfriend, Keonna Green, was reportedly pregnant with their second child around the time he and rapper Iggy split. This is the first time the 31-year-old has said anything regarding the rumors.
The new bundle of joy will be the younger sibling of 4-year-old Nick Jr., who Nick says still has some work to do before he can really be a big bro.
“He’s a little cry baby a little bit,” Nick said, adding that he was also a cry baby as a child. “He’s been around his mom. But I’ll make him a little tougher.”
Like father, like son.
We wonder how Iggy feels about all this.
