Music legend Prince turned 54 this week. We first became aware of him in the late 70’s. He was 19 years old when he signed with Warner Brothers Records. There have only been a few artists to get complete artistic control of their recordings, but Prince did it as a teenager ! No one has ever been able to put Prince in a category. Is he R & B ? Is he Rock & Roll ? Is he gay ? One thing is for sure, he’s good.
