Jermaine Dupri’s $330,000 Lamborghini was recently repossessed. He is being sued by Premier Financial Services, the company that financed the car who claims that he still owes them $80,000.

According to TMZ, Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Dupri financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.  Jermaine paid $70,000 up front for the car and made the majority of payments but  stopped making payments in 2009.

According to TMZ, Premier Financial Services repossessed the car and sold it  for $115,000,  and now they’re out for the difference. They’re suing Jermaine for their losses. See Lamborghini below.
