Maryland Man Charged with Setting Vacant House on Fire

A Cecil County grand jury returned an indictment this month charging 23-year-old Jacob Constein with arson and malicious burning. Constein is being held on $150,000 bond after his arrest on Monday.
The two-story stucco house in North East was burned on Dec. 23, causing an estimated $70,000 in damage. No one was injured.
