Jesse Jackson, Jr. decision to resign is costing millions.

Jackson took a long leave of absence for bipolar syndrome anddespite his long-term leave  but ran again and won ethics investigation. Jackson has now decided to resign which will cost big money!

According to ABC News, the former congressman’s departure is going to cost taxpayers somewhere around $5.1 million to go through  another election to replace him.
