Baltimore city police have arrested a suspect in the stabbing of 20-year old at the inner harbor. Detectives state that Matthew Darby stabbed and killed Anthony Black after leaving his job at 2:15 a.m Sunday morning. Witnesses say the two males were arguing before the fatal stabbing occurred.
