I believe it was 1991 when I was in Atlanta for the Jack The Rapper convention that’s where radio personalities, record promoters and artist came together and partied. Anyway I remember a young Jermaine Dupri promoting these kids with their close on backwards saying this was his new discovery “Kris Kross”. A year later they hit us with “Jump”, R.I.P. Chris Kelly.
