Looks like Kevin Clash the voice of Elmo has dodged the sex abuse charges and can not be sued by his three of his accuser.
According to TMZ
A judged ruled that the three men that accused Kevin Clash of molesting them had waited to long to file charges. The judge explained that the statute of limitations to sue expired 3 years after the accusers turns 18. Clash first accuser Sheldon Stephens, came forward last year (2012) with his accusations. Four more accuser came forward with allegations of inappropriate sexual relationships that they had have with Clash also.
Clash was forced to resign from his job at Sesame Street and has maintain his innocence.
