In his bid to stay out of jail, Comedian Kevin Hart pleaded no contest to one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and in exchange the other count was dropped.
After cops pulled him over in Los Angeles for speeding on a freeway, Hart was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
According to TMZ, he was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to attend three months of alcohol education classe.,
