“NewsOne Now” with Roland Martin has been following for you the case of President Obama’s controversial, and downright confusing, judicial nominees. The nominees have been called out by members of the Congressional Black Caucus, NAACP and others in the progressive community for their positions on everything from reproductive rights to the confederate flag.

This week, hearings were held where one nominee, Michael Boggs, was grilled. Watch how he defended his previous support of keeping the Confederate battle emblem in a Georgia state flag.

Be sure to listen to “NewsOne Now” with Roland Martin, weekdays at 7 a.m. EST and watch at 9 a.m. EST on TV One.
