Should a wife be able to sue the mistress for her marriage ending?
- There should be legal penalties for both parties
- If you are given the opportunity to get away from a person who is mistreating you and go have a better life, you should pay the mistress. Too many people trying to hold on to a bad thing.
- Marriage is a legally binding contract so it should be enforced as such. The problem lies in the fact that a husband and wife financials are considered joint until they are divided by a divorce decree. The only resolution is to go after the 3rd party and should teach these side chicks and dudes a very expensive lesson
