Undoubtedly one of America’s cutest kid actors, Kim Fields won our hearts as Tootie in Facts of Life. Fast forward to 2015 and she shocked the world when it was announced she was one of Georgia’s newest peaches on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. After a season chalk full of drama, spats and even an accusation that her husband was gay, everyone was ultimately glad when she was quoted saying she was “done” with the franchise.
Within weeks of the dramatic finale and reunion, ABC announced that Kim would be cast on season 22 of Dancing With The Stars. She talks to the Tom Joyner about the decision to appear on RHOA, if she’s truly handing her peach back and her new partner on DWTS.
“My family, we’ve been asked to do reality shows for years, so when this opportunity came about, we just decided to do it. That was one of the biggest platforms out there. It was a social adventure. But I always said I’d try it. When I said I was done with the season, we’re all done. Production has ended.”
