A Baltimore police officer is once again the subject of investigation. City resident Tionne Jones was pulled from his home, by a member of the BPD, and charged with disorderly conduct after he refused to let officers enter his place of residence. The officers did not have a search warrant and the incident was caught on tape. Subsequently, both BPD and prosecutors agreed not to press charges against Mr. Jones.
The video is quite disturbing. Tionne’s mother is a retired BPD officer and said she was hurt by the incident.
