Just saw a picture of Janet walking with her husband looking happy and very pregnant in a hijab. Many of her fans were disappointed with her more covered up look for her last tour. Definitely Janet has made some life decisions in an effort to be happy in love.
Question: Would you change your religious beliefs in order to be with someone you love?
- Yup. I believe in 1 God doesn’t matter what we call him. But I couldn’t take being without pork. When I found myself hiding in the bathroom eating pork chops i had to leave that religion alone.
- Honestly no..because i identify with Christianity…i could still be with them if they didn’t try and belittle my religious beliefs every chance they got…
- Change? No. Perhaps u can peacefully coexist in a marriage, but i don’t agree with conversion unless your actual beliefs change. Don’t change to make another human happy. I don’t think the Almighty (regardless of religion) would see much dedication in such a wavering sense of devotion.
- I think you can’t say unless you are in that position and feel that it is worth it! I will say though-I think it is easier on relationships when people are aligned on the bigger things that matter like religion and politics.
