After the very disturbing information surfaced of the exploited female patients of former John Hopkins gynecologist, Dr. Nikita Levy legal alarms were set off.

Television and radio commercials, web and even social media have dominated the airwaves of this hot topic. Lawyers are in search of patients that may have been the subject of unauthorized video recordings by the gynecologist, Nikita Levy.

If it were not for the  female colleague who reported her suspicions of a personal recording devices (pen) around the neck of the Doctor while examining patients, there would possibly be more damaged and sexually exploited women of this scandalous violation and breach of doctor/patient confidentiality.

This concern provided solidified evidence when hospital security identified recording devices on his person and in the office of Dr. Levy. As a result, of the material findings Levy was barred from having access to patients.

On Feb 18th Nikita Levy was found dead of what appeared to be suicide, as details of an ongoing investigation come to light.

John Hopkins Dean of Medicine Dr. Paul B. Rothman offers sympathy to Levy’s patients and vows to help police in notifying  as well as identifying any images or video of victims. He also stated that John Hopkins officials are unaware of what Levy did with the images or video.

“We are terribly sorry this has happened and for how the patients of Dr. Levy must be feeling,” Rothman wrote. “The last few days have been difficult and trying ones for all of us.””
