Kerry Washington is hot in more ways then one. This week she tops People Magazine’s Best Dressed Woman in the world list. And Washington is also up for an Emmy Sunday for outstanding lead actress in ABC’s ‘Scandal’. The last African American woman was up for such in honor was Cicely Tyson who was nominated fro her work in “Sweet Justice” in 1995.
