NY Jets quarterback Michael Vick is taking a shot at stand up comedy. While he won’t be on stage, Vick is still taking a risk behind the scenes. He told TMZ Sports that he’s producing his first stand up event, The Michael Vick Comedy Explosion.
The event will take place July 12th in Shreveport, LA with Tony Rock as the host.
This is not the first time a professional sports player has entered the arena of stand up comedy. Shaquille O’Neal is the producer of Shaquille O’Neal Presents All Star Comedy Jam.
