It seems like President Obama has run out of effs to give at this point in his presidency, and that he is speaking his mind a lot more, or trolling all the people who hate him so much just to upset them even more. He said Tuesday in a press conference that he could win a third term in office if he ran again, but that he is barred by the Constitution.
“I actually think I’m a pretty good President. I think if I ran, I could win. But I can’t,” Obama said during a speech in Ethiopia. “There’s a lot that I’d like to do to keep America moving. But the law is the law, and no person is above the law, not even the president.”
Obama’s remarks come just after a new CNN/ORC poll found his approval rating standing in a positive range for the second month in a row. The president was speaking to the African Union in Addis Ababa, and is the first U.S. president to address the group.
