This year, it seems that EVERYONE is doing their part (and then some) to make sure all of our students have what they need to succeed. Every year, Kevin Liles and his ‘For A Better Baltimore’ foundation team up with County Executive Kamenetz and Baltimore County Superintendent Dr. Dallas Dance for their “Back To School” event at Security Square Mall. This year, they’re taking things to the NEXT level. They are taking their backpack distribution to 3 different community centers located in Baltimore County tomorrow (August 23rd) from 3p-7p.
The theme of this year is “Protecting and Serving our Communities.” They will have a police and fire department visible presence in hopes to improve relationship with our kids and first responders.
Each location will have resources for students and families. You can see the three locations below:
