Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs granted permission to request bail a third time in sex-trafficking case
Get this, folks! Diddy’s legal team is trying again to get him out of jail again before his big sex trafficking trial. They’re claiming they’ve got some new evidence that could change everything.
Diddy was already denied bail on two previous attempts, the last being in October. However, his lawyers have won a third chance to request bail for the music mogul. Arguing that he should be released from jail due to to changed circumstances. Diddy’s defense attorney claimed the “government’s arguments about the risk of obstruction were based on speculation, resting mainly on untested allegations about communications with witnesses in civil cases and communications initiated by supposed witnesses and not Mr. Combs.
On the other hand, Prosecutors argued the music mogul should be jailed because he’s an “extreme danger to the community.
A bail hearing has been set for November 22nd.
We’ll see if the third time is a charm for Diddy!
