Former Fugees star Lauryn Hill, has finally agreed to leave her New Jersey mansion after a longstanding argument with her landlord over unpaid rent.

According to TMZ, Hill, 37, was hit with the lawsuit in March, and appears to have complied with the terms. She is agreeing to pay $7,000 in rent and vacate by May 31.

Hill was also ordered by a New Jersey court to report to prison for a three-month sentence on tax evasion by July 8. Hill pleaded guilty in 2012 to three counts of tax evasion for failing to file returns on $1.8 million she earned from 2005 to 2007. Hill will  spend three months under house arrest as well as nine months of supervised release.
