Roland Martin talks to former prosecutor Scott Bolden, about the release of the video of Laquan McDonald, the 17-year-old who was shot to death 16 times by a white officer in October 2014.
“This was a coordinated release of information, which was the right thing to do, but 400 days later,” Bolden said.
On the allegations that Chicago PD deleted 86 minutes of video from the nearby Burger King:
“You have a witness and the case. If that Burger king manager is telling the truth, you have obstruction of justice and conspiracy.”
